Education through EAST looks different. And we make sure educators are ready for it. Through hands-on training, technology integration support, and year-round professional learning, EAST equips facilitators and educators everywhere with the tools and confidence to create engaging, student-driven learning experiences.
Every July, all EAST facilitators are required to attend EAST Seminar, a three-day professional development conference packed with programmatic updates, educational breakout sessions, and fun networking opportunities!

Phase Training guides new facilitators through three sessions - one over summer break, one during the first month of the school year, and one final session late in the first semester.
Through data collection and reflection, EAST facilitators participating in our PLC in association with The Wellington School gather real student feedback, guiding discussions in a collaborative environment with the mission of increasing engagement in the classroom.
